Links
To Other Websites
SFA does not control the privacy policies or practices of third-party websites and is not responsible for them.
Users acknowledge and accept that SFA is not liable for these websites or external resources and does not endorse any advertising, products, or other materials available through such sites.
Users acknowledge and accept that SFA is not liable for any losses or damages resulting from the availability of such external sites or resources, or from reliance on the completeness, accuracy, or existence of any advertising, products, or materials available on or through them.
Users who wish to create links to the SFA website from their own websites must comply with the following conditions:
The link must direct only to the homepage and must not reproduce the website in any way.
In accordance with applicable regulations, no frames or borders may be established around the portal, nor may it be displayed through different URLs or alongside unrelated content that could cause confusion regarding the origin of the service or its contents. Such use may also imply unfair comparison, imitation, or misuse of SFA’s reputation, brand, and prestige, or violate any applicable law.
The website linking to SFA must not make any false or inaccurate statements about SFA, its service quality, or its staff or professionals.
The sender may not use SFA’s brand or any other distinctive sign on their website unless authorized by law or expressly permitted by SFA.
The linking website must comply with current legislation and must not contain or link to illegal, harmful, immoral, or inappropriate content that could suggest SFA endorses or supports the ideas, statements, or actions of the sender, or content that is incompatible with SFA’s activities, based on the general theme and content of the linking site.
Finally, users who embed content from other users on their own websites are not subject to the above conditions. Technically, their websites are not linking to SFA’s portal but rather invoking embedded code hosted by SFA, which is then displayed on their own websites.
Links to SFA Channels on Other Platforms and Social Media
SFA provides users, through various tools and applications, with links that allow them to access the channels and pages managed by SFA on different platforms and social media networks owned and/or operated by third parties (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.). The sole purpose of including these links on the website is to facilitate user access to those channels on the respective platforms and social networks.
The inclusion of these applications does not imply any relationship between SFA and the owner, developer, or distributor of the linked platform, nor does it constitute acceptance or endorsement by SFA of the platform’s content and/or services. The owner, developer, or distributor is solely responsible for them.
Under no circumstances does SFA share any private user information with Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, or any other social network that may be added in the future. The only purpose of these links is as described in these conditions and in the website’s privacy policy. Any information users voluntarily provide to these platforms is their own responsibility, and SFA does not participate in this process.
Activating and using these applications may involve the user’s identification and authentication (login/password) on the respective external platforms, which are completely outside of SFA’s control. By accessing these external networks, users enter environments not managed by SFA, and SFA assumes no responsibility for the security settings of such environments.
As SFA has no control over the content hosted on those channels, users acknowledge and accept that SFA is not responsible for the content or services accessible through those pages, nor for any content, products, services, advertising, or other materials available on them. Therefore, users are encouraged to exercise caution when assessing and using the information, content, and services provided on the linked channels, as well as any personal or third-party information they choose to share on those platforms.
Links to the SFA website from other pages that contain illegal, degrading, obscene, or generally inappropriate content are strictly prohibited. Users may link to the SFA website from their own web pages if the following conditions are met:
- The linking website must not contain unlawful content or content contrary to accepted moral standards or public order.
- The link must not reproduce the website’s content or parts of it.
- No browser or frame may surround sections of the website, nor may the site be displayed through other internet addresses or alongside unrelated content.
- No false or misleading statements may be made about SFA, the quality of its services, or its staff.
- The linking website may not use SFA’s logo or other identifying marks without prior authorization.
Responsibilities and Warranties
SFA does not guarantee or take responsibility for:
- The continuity or error-free nature of the website’s content.
- The absence of viruses or other harmful components on the website.
- The usefulness or performance of the content.
- Any damages caused by users violating the terms and conditions or by breaching the site’s security systems.
However, SFA has taken all measures within its means to ensure proper website functionality and minimize system errors.
Users who become aware of illegal content on the website should notify SFA immediately.
SFA shall not be held responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of information published on the website that originates from external sources, and it shall not be liable for any potential damages that may arise from the use of such information.
SUSPENSION OF WEBSITE
SFA reserves the right to suspend, modify, restrict, or interrupt access, navigation, use, or download of content from the website —temporarily or permanently—without prior notice and without any right to compensation.
General Terms for Use of Social Media Profiles
SFA aims to ensure that all end users are aware of their rights and obligations from the moment they visit its social media profiles on Facebook, Twitter, or any similar platform.
Likewise, SFA informs users about their rights and obligations regarding the content shared through its social media profiles, including the use of logos and trademarks, as well as the responsibilities that may arise from using the service.
SFA is strongly committed to ensuring the proper functioning of the service in accordance with the terms agreed with users. However, there may be situations—especially due to the actions of malicious third parties—in which responsibilities may arise.
In this regard, the following situations are listed where SFA is not responsible for user actions, and users assume full responsibility:
- If any information is published on social media that was not posted or shared by SFA, or that was published by an unrelated third party.
- If the social media platform is not operational due to technical issues attributable to the platform’s owner, third parties, or unforeseeable circumstances or force majeure—such responsibility lies with the platform or the third party.
- If the social media platform changes its terms of use, privacy policies, or functionality, these changes are the platform’s responsibility.
- If a user stores, shares, publishes, or distributes any defamatory, offensive, discriminatory material that incites violence or violates public morals, order, fundamental rights, public freedoms, honor, privacy, or image of others.
- If a user introduces data, viruses, or malicious code through the social media platform into SFA’s systems or those of other users.
- If any content accessible via SFA’s social profiles is contrary to applicable laws, SFA commits to removing it immediately upon becoming aware of the issue.
SFA is not obligated to inform users when their comments or posts are edited and/or moderated; however, it may warn or take action to suspend or block users who repeatedly and systematically post inappropriate content. Users who continue such behavior after being suspended or banned may be permanently blocked and removed from the service.
SFA does not guarantee the truthfulness, reliability, relevance, or completeness of third-party content appearing on its social media profiles or linked websites. SFA is not responsible for the content of websites not operated by SFA.
SFA’s social media profiles may include opinions, recommendations, or statements from third parties that do not necessarily reflect the views of SFA or imply its endorsement.
The information provided via SFA’s social media profiles should not be considered professional advice. It is not a substitute for personalized advice provided directly by SFA.
SFA advises users to exercise caution, common sense, and discretion when using its social profiles and to carefully assess the accuracy, relevance, and completeness of any information published. Any decisions users make based on that information are solely at their own risk.
Once users begin following SFA’s social media profiles, they may post comments, links, images, or other types of content according to the platform’s terms. Users must own the content or have the appropriate rights or third-party consent.
Users sharing content on SFA’s social media profiles must be aware that their posts are visible to other users and they are solely responsible for their content and the impact it may have on their privacy.
Any publication on SFA’s social profiles that offends moral, ethical, or good taste standards, or that infringes intellectual or industrial property rights, image rights, privacy, or any legal regulations, is strictly prohibited. In such cases, SFA reserves the right to remove the content and permanently block the user who posted it.
Content, opinions, or responses to questions posted or shared by content creators, sponsors, advertisers, or users on SFA’s profiles—other than content directly provided by SFA—are the sole responsibility of those posting them and do not necessarily reflect SFA’s views. SFA is not responsible for third-party content posted, published, distributed, or transmitted through its official social profiles.
Likewise, SFA reserves the right not to respond individually to comments or messages received via its social media profiles, and not to follow back all users who follow them.
Certain information published on SFA’s social media profiles may include forward-looking statements, such as predictions or expectations of future events, trends, or plans. Users are advised not to rely solely on such statements, as they are subject to both known and unknown risks and uncertainties. SFA assumes no obligation to publicly update or revise any forward-looking statements.
For questions, complaints, or claims, users should consult SFA’s corporate website where appropriate contact channels are available.
SFA uses social media to promote its services. If SFA decides to use contact data (social media profiles or email) for direct marketing purposes, it will always do so in compliance with data protection and information society service regulations.
Recommending SFA’s social media profiles to other users does not constitute advertising.
SFA is firmly committed to protecting intellectual and industrial property rights. Therefore, it declares the following:
- In no case shall it be understood that any user is granted exploitation rights over the content beyond what is strictly necessary for viewing.
- All logos, trademarks, and trade names displayed on the website or platform are the property of SFA and their use is subject to corporate policy and/or agreements with third parties who have permitted such use.
- Browsing SFA’s social profiles does not imply any waiver, transfer, license, or total or partial assignment of intellectual or industrial property rights unless otherwise stated in writing.
Hyperlinks may provide access to third-party websites directly related to advertising shown via social media. These are not owned or controlled by SFA, and therefore SFA is not responsible for their content or operation.
If anyone detects content that violates current regulations or may harm users, SFA asks that it be reported as soon as possible.
Users may access the privacy policies of the respective social networks at any time and configure their profiles to ensure their privacy. SFA encourages users to become familiar with the general terms of use of those platforms before engaging with them.

The validity of these terms of use shall coincide with the period they are displayed, until they are modified in whole or in part, at which point the modified terms will take effect.
Regardless of any specific conditions that may apply in certain cases, SFA may terminate, suspend, or interrupt access to the content of the website at any time and without prior notice, without users having the right to claim any compensation.
